TERMS + POLICIES •RESERVATIONS + CANCELLATIONS: A credit card is required to make an appointment. You will NOT be charged upon booking. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment for any reason, you must provide a minimum notice of 48 hours. When Client cancels after the 48 hour notice, they will be charged 20% of the service booked. In the Event of an Emergency, Contact me at (504)-256-3904. •NOSHOW POLICY: If the client does not show up to their appointment without any prior contact to the esthetician, the client will be charged the FULL service amount! No Exceptions! •LATE POLICY: A maximum amount of 15 minutes is allowed for appointments. If you are running late, please let me know via phone call or text. Your appointment begins at the time booked, will be charged for the full amount of time, and will not be extended. No show appointments will be charged for the full service. No exceptions will be made to this policy under any circumstance. We must adopt a no exceptions stance to our cancellation policy so we urge you to refrain from scheduling services with Golden Esthetics if you do not agree to honor our living wages policies that keep our business open and make the services we offer possible. This means that regardless of your circumstance, you agree to take full liability for the time you book with us and are responsible for paying the amount required for your booking.
